Yandex 360 is looking for an experienced System Analyst to lead projects from request to implementation. Responsibilities include analyzing requirements, collaborating with development teams, and documenting solutions. Requires 5+ years of experience, strong technical understanding, and knowledge of BPMN, UML, ERD.

We are looking for an experienced and technically competent system analyst who is ready not just to collect requirements, but to lead projects entirely: from request to implementation. What tasks await you: • Analysis and development of requirements Validate product requirements (ask "Why?" and "What if?.."). Together with architects and development, design, estimate, and implement these requirements. Maintain documentation. • Interaction with the development team and other departments Organize solution coordination, facilitate meetings for effective decision-making, answer questions from the project team.

We expect you to: • Have worked as a system analyst for at least five years • Be able to clearly formulate user, functional, and non-functional requirements • Have documented architecture and integration scenarios • Be technically competent: understand architectural patterns and integration methods (contract-oriented APIs, event-driven approaches), be able to speak the technical language with developers and architects • Know BPMN, UML, ERD and be proficient in tools like Draw.io, PlantUML, etc.
