Job Details

System Analyst position in a stable fintech company in Uzbekistan. Offers office work in Tashkent, competitive salary, and extended medical insurance. Requires 3+ years of experience in IT.

Analyze and document existing company services and integrations. Gather and formalize functional/non-functional requirements, prepare technical specifications. Describe system interactions, APIs, and data flows (SOAP/REST). Model business domain processes and entities (BPMN/UML). Participate in the development of technical solutions, architecture, and partner integrations. Prepare test scenarios and documentation for external users. Analyze risks and causes of errors during the development phase.

3+ years of experience as a System/Business Analyst in the IT sector (banks, fintech, telecom, integrators); Proficiency in BPMN and UML, ability to formalize processes and requirements; Practical experience in describing integrations and APIs: REST/SOAP, sequence diagrams, XSD, JSON Schema; Understanding of message broker principles (RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka); Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, Enterprise Architect tools; Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and development management approaches (Agile, Kanban, etc.), including experience in decomposing large tasks; Basic SQL skills for data analysis and verification.
