Company: Zontik-IT is looking for a System Analyst for an investment business project implementation. Location: Russia. Responsibilities include requirement analysis, documentation, testing, and stakeholder interaction.

Responsibilities: • Collection, analysis, formalization, documentation, and approval of system requirements in their functional area • Development of project documents (technical specifications, regulations, and instructions) • Preparation of functional testing schemes based on business and functional requirements, functional testing • Participation in system implementation and support processes (requirements support) • Analysis of bank department proposals on technological changes, as well as analysis of timelines, resources, and further technological and functional product support • Independent interaction with the Client and Developers regarding the best implementation of modifications, defect correction, and organization of business testing for functional acceptance • Building project relationships with related IT areas, system integration, architectural principles, and standards adopted by the bank • Participation in the development of project solutions. • Analysis of alternative solutions, development of selection criteria

Requirements: • 5+ years of experience as a System Analyst Knowledge of data exchange formats JSON, XML. Knowledge of XPATH query language. Expert SQL knowledge: ability to work with transactions, handle errors, work with indexes. Experience with PostgreSQL. Practical experience in collecting, describing business, functional, and non-functional requirements, writing technical specifications, and change management. Understanding of enterprise application integration principles. Practical experience in creating UML diagrams, BPMN diagrams. Basic programming skills in any language. Practical experience working with requirements documentation systems, task trackers. Higher technical education: mathematics, physics, programming. Work in the financial sector (investment business). Experience with Systematica products (Radius, Modullar).
