Senior System Analyst for a Fintech company. Remote work. Responsibilities include requirement gathering, working with large teams, process modeling, and SQL queries. Requires 5+ years of experience in fintech.

Tasks: - Identifying and formalizing product requirements in conditions of high uncertainty - Working with large teams (coordinating decisions, communication between development, testing, and business) - Modeling processes and system logic using BPMN and UML - Writing and validating SQL queries (SELECT, JOIN) for data analysis and hypothesis testing - Maintaining project documentation and supporting requirements at all stages of development - Participating in architectural discussions - considering architectural constraints and trade-offs

Requirements: - 5+ years of experience as a system or business analyst - Fintech experience (mandatory - key requirement) - Skill in identifying and formulating different types of requirements (business, functional, non-functional) - Knowledge of BPMN and UML notations - Experience writing SQL queries (SELECT, JOIN) - Experience working in large teams - Architectural background (understanding of system connections, APIs, databases, integrations) - Experience and readiness to work in uncertain conditions Will be a plus: - Understanding of payment systems, banking processes, DWH
