System Analyst (Middle+/Senior) for an outstaff company. Remote position in Russia. Salary: 210,000 - 250,000 RUB net per month. Requires retail experience.

Analyze existing integrations in team products with adjacent systems; Collect, analyze, and validate requirements (FT, NFT) for systems; Design integration interactions and system enhancements in collaboration with architects and analysts from adjacent teams; Design new services considering business requirements and the current architecture of the company's information systems interaction; Decompose and assign tasks to the development team; Participate in UAT and implementation; Participate in incident analysis, identify causes, and propose solutions; Interact with users, customers, and other stakeholders to identify their needs and gather feedback; Conduct demos for stakeholders; Conduct training for users; Monitor the deadlines of stages and resolve blockages related to inter-team dependencies.

Experience in retail is MANDATORY (WITHOUT IT, THERE IS NO POINT IN APPLYING) Experience designing integration solutions in an environment with 10+ services; Coordination of requirements with 10+ independent business teams; Experience with XML Experience as an analyst for 3+ years Experience in the field of Electronic Document Management (EDO) Experience independently managing tasks from business requirements to release Skill in using tools: Camunda, Postman, OpenAPI (swagger), GitHub Knowledge/execution of Agile methodology rituals Ability to define DOR, DOD, and AC for enhancements Ability to model UML diagrams: Use case, Sequence. Skill in modeling and automating business processes in Camunda. Skill in using/designing REST integrations Experience designing with XSD schemas, working with XML Experience working/skills in designing integrations with Apache Kafka broker Skill in designing in PostgreSQL DBMS Skill in writing simple SQL scripts Knowledge of BFF architecture patterns Knowledge of C4 architecture description notation Experience in analyzing incidents using system logs Experience in testing web services (Postman), acceptance testing, and end-to-end testing
