System Analyst for AI and AI-agent solutions in banking, salary 350,000-400,000 RUB, Moscow.

We are looking for a system analyst to join a team developing solutions based on artificial intelligence and AI agents for banking products. Responsibilities: - Independently manage product tasks as a system analyst - Collect and clarify requirements with the customer, analyze BRD - Design target architecture of services and integrations - Participate in designing solutions using AI agents - Describe interaction of AI components and integrations with external systems - Prepare technical specifications and detailed specifications for development - Model processes in BPMN and UML (activity, sequence) - Participate in architectural decisions and integration testing - Interact with business, developers, and other project participants

Experience as a system analyst from 3 years Experience in product development and independent task management Practical experience with AI agents, LLM, and RAG Understanding of MCP and LangFuse Strong knowledge of BPMN, UML activity/sequence Experience in designing REST integrations, understanding SOAP, XSD Understanding of synchronous and asynchronous interaction Strong SQL - writing complex queries Understanding of ER models and database design principles Understanding of information security basics: identification, authentication, authorization, encryption, and hashing PlantUML, ArchiMate Experience with Kafka, gRPC Experience in fintech Practical use of AI tools in daily work
