System Administrator

System Administrator position requiring 7+ years of experience, deep expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, Linux (Astra Linux), VMware vSphere, monitoring systems, and automation scripting.

Administration of infrastructure: • Management and support of Active Directory • Administration of Windows server infrastructure • Setup and maintenance of DNS, DHCP, Terminal Server • Work with file services and print services • Support and monitoring of Hyper-V • Setup and maintenance of server infrastructure based on Astra Linux • Administration of Termidesk VM Manager • Monitoring of DBMS performance • Work with VMware vSphere Security and management: • Management of group policies • Creation/deletion of accounts • Investigation of technical incidents • Analysis of event logs • Support of Kaspersky Endpoint Security antivirus protection Automation: • Development of scripts for automation

Experience requirements: • Higher technical education • General work experience from 7 years as a system administrator • Microsoft, Linux certificates (advantage) Technical competencies: • Expert knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 (experience from 5 years) • Deep understanding of Active Directory (experience from 5 years) • Advanced proficiency in PowerShell • Experience with DNS, DHCP, GPO (from 5 years) • Advanced level of proficiency in Astra Linux • Knowledge of Linux family (Debian/Ubuntu/Astra) Network technologies: • Knowledge of protocols TCP/IP, VLAN, QoS • Understanding of principles of building networks Monitoring and management: • Experience with monitoring systems (Grafana, Zabbix, Prometheus) • Knowledge of backup principles Additional competencies: • Knowledge of Python and Bash • Experience with SCCM • Understanding of protocols OpenID, OAuth, SAML • Experience with containerization systems • Experience with VMware vSphere
