System Administrator / IT Technician for SAP installations and upgrades, technical support of a complex ERP product. Location: Limassol, Cyprus, remote, full-time, start ASAP. International team.

Join an international team working with a large and complex business software product. You will be responsible for SAP installations and upgrades for new and existing customers, as well as providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of customer software.

2–3+ years of experience in IT Support or a similar technical role Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networks Good understanding of Windows and SQL environments Experience with software installation and configuration Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently Strong communication and problem-solving skills Fluent English Nice to have: CCNA or MCSA certification
