System Administrator / IT Support Engineer

INEX Group is looking for a System Administrator / IT Support Engineer in Paphos, Cyprus. Fully onsite role, salary €1,600–2,000 net/month.

This is a hands-on role combining day-to-day IT support with maintaining the smart office systems used across our workplaces. • Set up and support laptops, workstations, software and user accounts • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and connectivity issues • Support Windows and Microsoft 365 environments • Maintain and troubleshoot CCTV, access control, face recognition and video conferencing systems • Provide onsite and remote support to employees • Coordinate with vendors and service providers when needed

• Experience with Windows administration and computer hardware • Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi) • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach • English is required; Russian and/or Greek would be an advantage • Driving licence and own car are desirable • Interest in technology and willingness to learn new systems
