System Administrator / HelpDesk (Junior)

AIGRIND game studio (100+ employees, Warspear Online, Skylore) seeks a Junior System Administrator / HelpDesk in Kaliningrad. Full-time on-site. Salary from 60,000 RUB net; official employment in Russia and DMS.

Company: AIGRIND game studio with 100+ employees and two projects: Warspear Online (18 years in release) and Skylore (3.5 years in release). Responsibilities: - System administration: Active Directory accounts, access, corporate email; 1C administration; basic network diagnostics (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP); setup and issue equipment to new employees, maintain records. - User support (HelpDesk): process requests, classify, resolve or escalate; support Windows/macOS workstations, Adobe package, peripherals and printing; maintain knowledge base.

- 1+ year of relevant experience; - Windows administration, understanding of domain environment and Active Directory; - confident knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP networks; - 1C administration; - office equipment maintenance; - confident Excel skills.
