Senior ML Developer (NLP/LLM) for the NeuroSales product team. Developing an AI assistant to enhance and accelerate sales. Tasks include lead generation, customer support, and creating a Copilot for managers.

We are a team developing a new AI product for small and medium-sized businesses – NeuroSales. Our goal is to create an AI assistant that not only automates but qualitatively enhances and accelerates sales, performing at the level of top managers. Over the past year, we have launched three services that are already benefiting millions of Yandex users: Alice Pro, NeuroLawyer, and NeuroSupport. Now, we aim to launch another product that will be valuable to Yandex and businesses as a whole. We face many challenges and ambitious tasks with significant financial impact. To solve all these challenges, we need to work with a large pipeline of ML models, including user utterance recognition, model response generation, and the system's overall 'agent brain,' which can consider communication context and global user information. What tasks await you: • Lead Generation Develop and improve the search for potential clients within the Yandex ecosystem. • Customer Support at All Deal Stages Create intelligent agents for deal support in a conversational mode through voice and text channels. • Creating a Copilot for Managers Develop a smart assistant that provides managers with optimal communication strategies in real-time.

Have developed LLM-based products and released them into production Understand the architecture and training principles of modern LLMs Proficient in Python and confident in SQL Have experience in evaluating and validating ML models
