Senior Manager, Advertising Procurement at Yandex Zen. Moscow. Responsibilities include the full cycle of advertising services procurement, market analysis, supplier negotiations, and methodological support for employees.

RESPONSIBILITIES: • Conducting the full procurement cycle, including the development and preparation of procurement documentation, calculation of the initial maximum contract price, development of terms of reference, evaluation criteria, draft contracts, protocols, evaluation and comparison of bids, and working with single-source procurements (supplier/contractor). • Participating in the development and approval of non-standard contracts. • Market analysis, pricing, and request for information (RFI) development, conducting competitive negotiations, and determining the optimal procurement method. • Negotiating with suppliers/contractors to obtain the most favorable terms for the company. • Consulting and providing methodological support to company employees on procurement-related matters. • Ensuring effective cross-functional interaction in the implementation of projects/procurements in the areas of marketing, media, events, and event organization.

• Higher education (preferably in marketing and advertising and/or economics). • At least 3 years of experience in procurement in a large company within the areas of advertising, marketing, and event organization. • Experience in conducting procurements of medium or high complexity (marketing/advertising). • Experience in developing category strategies. • Ability to build communication at the level of heads of structural divisions of the company, experience in cross-functional teams. • Knowledge of procurement activities, including the basic principles of 223-FZ. • Effective negotiation skills. • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. Will be a plus: • Ability to work on electronic trading platforms.
