Staff DevOps Engineer (Platform) Remote

Phantom is hiring a Staff DevOps Engineer (Platform) for a remote role. Automate releases, E2E tests with Maestro/Playwright, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for a modern crypto money app.

Phantom is building the modern money app designed for mass adoption — a platform used by millions of people, setting a new standard for simplicity, design, and usability in crypto. Responsibilities: - Release Automation: automate release tasks, including building binaries and app store submissions (iOS, Android, Chrome) - E2E Test Automation: oversee the automation of e2e tests with Maestro and Playwright - CI/CD Optimization: enhance pipeline performance and reliability to support rapid releases - Collaborative Development: work closely with product teams to optimize testing and release processes

8+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, Systems Engineering, or a related role, at senior/staff level Strong experience with AWS, GitHub or GitLab CI/CD tools Experience with Docker and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Pulumi), Kubernetes Nice-to-have: blockchain/crypto experience
