Staff Backend Engineer, Vaults

Staff Backend Engineer at Aave Labs, creator of the largest DeFi lending protocol. Salary $140k-$180k/year. Rust, PostgreSQL, blockchain/DeFi experience required.

Develop infrastructure for DeFi protocols and vault products, build indexers and APIs, work with Quant engineers.

5-8+ years in backend development, experience with Rust (or C++/Go/Zig). Key: PostgreSQL, blockchain/DeFi experience, high autonomy.
