SRE Engineer

YADRO is hiring an SRE for a large AI analytics platform. Remote/hybrid/office in Russia, full-time. Salary approx 250–450k RUB net + annual bonus.

YADRO is building a large SRE and DevOps team for a major analytical platform with many data sources, users, and microservices, complex AI-based processing algorithms. The system is growing rapidly, so experienced specialists are needed. There is already 24/7 tech support and about 15 DevOps engineers. They plan to assemble an SRE team of 6–8 people for full 24/7 operations and hire about the same number of DevOps engineers. There are three directions: SRE, DevOps Infrastructure, and DevOps CI/CD. Responsibilities: - Operate production and ensure service availability; - Observability and incident handling; - Develop and scale Kubernetes infrastructure; - Geo-redundancy and fault tolerance improvement; - CI/CD development; - Infrastructure and operations automation; - Troubleshooting Linux, Kubernetes, and networks; - Collaborate with developers, Data Engineering, and L1/L2.

Experience as an experienced specialist (Middle/Senior/Lead/Head). Knowledge of relevant technologies from the stack; specific requirements depend on the position. Not required to know the entire listed stack.

Salary: approximately 250–450 thousand RUB net per month + annual bonus. For truly leading roles, conditions above the range are negotiable. Format: remote / hybrid / office. Employment: full-time. Location: Russia, Vladivostok is especially welcome.
