Specialist in Partner Relations

Specialist in Partner Relations for the charity fund 'Vtoroe Dykhanie'. Moscow, hybrid (5/2). 90,000 RUB/month. Partner acquisition and management.

— Support and develop the current clothing collection infrastructure, including finding and implementing solutions to increase collection; — Search for potential partners to expand the collection infrastructure and promote Fund products; — Find and attract partner resources (primarily clothing and footwear) for Fund projects; — Manage each partner from first contact and agreement signing to container installation and collection reporting; — Support and strengthen relationships with key Fund partners; — Document support of deals; — Prepare and update the Fund's main presentations for partners, prepare reports; — Collect and form proposals for permanent Fund partners; — Form partner tasks in CRM and monitor their execution; — Participate in Fund events and their preparation.

— Alignment with the Fund's mission; — Experience in project management and negotiations / B2B sales / fundraising or similar position from 1 year; — Willingness to attend many meetings, ability to present products, quickly reach decision-makers, and understand different business segments; — Developed communication skills, responsiveness, competent written and spoken Russian; — Strategic thinking, ability to organize work independently and complete tasks without constant supervision; — Nice to have: experience in NGOs; — Nice to have: experience in ESG; — Nice to have: B2B experience.
