Specialist in HR Records (KDP)

Specialist in HR records (KDP) at TT Consulting, Moscow. Salary from 80,000 RUB per month, full-time, office-based.

We are looking for a colleague for TT Consulting and the Audit Service Partners. We have been working since 2005. We have a stable team: most employees have been with us for many years. Responsibilities: maintain HR records for two legal entities (about 40 employees); work in 1C:ZUP, process hires, dismissals, transfers, and vacations; prepare contracts, additional agreements, and data for the Social Fund of Russia; maintain work books; process business trips (not many).

Experience in HR records from one year, confident use of 1C:ZUP, and knowledge of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. We are looking for a person who independently manages their area and gets along well with colleagues.

Office in the center of Moscow, 2 minutes from Novokuznetskaya metro station. No remote work. Mon–Thu 9:00–17:40, Fri 9:00–17:00. Professional courses and seminars. Military registration – optional, for an additional payment. In the future, you can connect to HR records for external clients.
