Junior Implementation Specialist at Kontur.Logistics. Responsibilities include training clients, providing support, and handling client inquiries. Requires 1C proficiency and strong communication skills. Remote/Office.

Train clients: show how to work with the configured module, taking into account their business processes. Accompany clients for about two weeks after training — help them master the service in practice. Process client questions and transfer complex technical problems to specialized specialists. Advise colleagues from other departments on working with our Module: help with configuration for client tasks and provide expert answers on its functionality.

Proficiency in 1C at an experienced user level. Readiness to work with a large flow of tasks: the service is in demand, and there will be many requests. Developed oral and written communication skills. Ability to clearly, structurally, and accessibly explain complex things. Independence in organizing your workday. Readiness to deeply study the product and the legislative base for logistics.
