Software Development Engineer, III (Backend) — Fiat Payments

Senior Backend Engineer for Transak's fiat payments; $80k-$120k/year, hybrid in Argentina.

Owning payment microservices (Node.js), integrating with banking partners (ACH, SEPA, Faster Payments, wires, local Argentine rails), ensuring correctness and fault tolerance, CI/CD (Jenkins), AWS, MongoDB, Redis, participating in on-call.

6+ years in development, significant part in backend/distributed systems; experience in fintech, payments or banking infrastructure. Node.js (TypeScript), MongoDB, Redis, microservices, experience with LATAM payment rails (CBU/CVU, COELSA/BCRA, Transferencias 3.0), understanding of PCI-DSS, strong communication skills.

Salary ~$80,000 – $120,000 per year (gross). Location: Argentina (hybrid).
