Social Media Manager

Charity Fund Second Wind seeks a Social Media Manager in Moscow (hybrid). Salary from 75,000 RUB net. Responsibilities include content creation, community management, and strategy implementation.

Manage the fund's pages and its Workshop on social media, propose content ideas. Create content: write texts, design visuals for posts and stories, create circular videos. Shoot and edit short videos. Work on cross-posting and joint posts with other accounts. Communicate with the audience (comments, direct messages). Implement the Fund's communication strategy on social media.

Share the mission and values of the Fund, interest in developing in the charity sector. At least 1 year of experience managing social media and creating content. Proficiency in content creation tools (Piktochart or similar, Figma, CapCut, etc.). High literacy and easy writing style, ability to adopt tone of voice and follow it. Orientation in the modern media landscape, ability to distinguish current trends from outdated ones. Ability to communicate respectfully, kindly, and effectively. Teamwork, self-organization, initiative. Experience in NGOs, ESG, or environmental projects is a plus.
