Responsibilities: — Fill platforms and handle content planning: VKontakte, Odnoklassniki, Telegram, MAX. — Influence the development of communities in Tyumen region. — Communicate with the client: coordinate topics, news hooks, and placement platforms within thematic lines under the contract; create content for federal distribution. — Communicate with the team: handle content planning, conduct training, meetings, and calls with SMM specialists and journalists on creating posts. — Find facts, write texts according to structure, generate creatives, and implement tools to engage subscribers. — Ensure quality and adherence to deadlines.

— Journalistic and editorial experience in similar systems: public page grids, online media, regional projects of the South, KhMAO, YaNAO. — Managerial experience: teamwork, delegation, and control of task execution. — Ability to work with large volumes of information and structure it. — Ability to work in a mode of constant systemic changes. — Sensitivity to the news agenda: stay up to date with what is happening in Tyumen region, Russia, and the world.
