SMM Specialist for a premium developer with a full cycle of services. Responsibilities include social media management, content creation, targeted advertising, and community management. Offers fixed salary + bonus, creative freedom, and budget for testing. Location: Taganskaya metro station, Moscow.

Premium developer with a full cycle of services: - Architectural and engineering solutions from scratch, interior and exterior design - Turnkey construction, reconstruction, technical re-equipment - Own production: natural stone products, furniture, metal structures - Premium natural materials: marble, onyx, granite, designer lighting Target audience: affluent private clients, commercial real estate developers, interior architects and designers, corporate clients. Key in the premium segment is the quality of communication. Every post, every comment response, every visual detail must convey expertise, status, and attention to detail that our audience values.

Mandatory requirements: - Experience as an SMM specialist / content marketer in visual niches (real estate, interior, architecture, premium services) for at least 2 years; - Portfolio with examples of social media management: growth of reach, engagement, conversion to leads; - Understanding of premium communication specifics in social networks: visual aesthetics, restrained tone, focus on details; - Skills in creating and adapting visual content: working with renders, 3D visualizations, photo/video materials (Figma, Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush - basic level); - Experience in setting up targeted advertising in the premium segment: VKontakte, targeting in allowed channels; - Knowledge of social media analytics tools. Will be an advantage: - Experience working with architectural bureaus or business/premium-class developers - Copywriting skills for short formats: posts, stories, scripts for Reels - Understanding of architectural terminology and construction processes - Experience in organizing online tours, live broadcasts, webinars on social networks - Skill in working with neural networks for generating ideas, texts, visuals - Experience in setting up a "content factory": templates, automation, planners
