Biorepair is looking for an SMM Specialist to build a content system that drives trust, engagement, and sales. Remote work with flexible hours. Salary: 70,000 - 80,000 RUB.

Our mission is to bring joy to people through innovations in beauty and health in an atmosphere of love, trust, and family traditions. Responsibilities: • Build a content system that fosters trust, increases reach, and generates sales. • Be the voice of the brand, creating scripts for Reels, texts for posts and carousels that grab attention from the first word. • Build a content funnel: Reels → Stories → post → target action. • Manage the full content creation cycle: from concept to final approval, working with production and controlling every step (setting tasks for shooting and editing, monitoring execution, making edits, accepting final material). • Control visuals and ensure content aligns with brand style. • Adhere to the brand's tone of voice and messaging. • Analyze results, form hypotheses, and implement improvements. • Utilize AI to work more effectively.

• More than 2 years of experience in SMM and marketing. • Understand how each piece of content impacts sales (and can prove it!). • Proficient in working with Reels and short videos (cases with reach of 100,000+ will be your advantage). • Know social media algorithms and how to work with them. • Ability to deeply immerse yourself in the product and convey its value to the audience. • Possess a developed sense of visuals and understand the brand's tone of voice. • Capable of building a content strategy from scratch.
