SMM Specialist for MegaKids, a children's goods and toys brand. Responsibilities include content strategy, creation, and promotion on social media. Salary: 100,000 - 150,000 RUB.

Responsibilities: - Forming the visual and textual style of the brand: Instagram, TikTok, VK, Telegram, etc. - Developing content strategy and ideas - Creating and publishing (Posts, Stories, Reels) - Managing content production from idea to implementation - Working with bloggers: search, agreements, analysis - Growing subscribers and engagement - Analyzing metrics (reach, ER, etc.) - Promoting our products on WB through social media (reels, posts, etc.) - Ability to implement neural networks that increase efficiency in work

Requirements: - 3+ years of SMM experience - Understanding of social media algorithms - Ability to create interesting and viral content. We value results, not content for content's sake - Experience working with bloggers - Independence and initiative - Proficiency in Figma, Canva - Skills in analyzing metrics (ER, CTR, conversions, reach, etc.) Plus: - Experience in children's brands
