Remote SMM role for a psychologist's personal brand. Edit and publish Reels and carousels, assist with topics, analytics. Salary from 20,000 RUB/month.

Responsibilities: • Edit and publish 4-5 Reels per week • Design and publish 1 carousel per week • Help with finding topics and formats • Recommendations on presentation, covers, hooks, posting times, algorithm work • Monthly statistics review: what worked, what to change Texts and videos are written and filmed by the employer; no need to create from scratch. AI tools allowed. Forbidden: manipulative hooks, intimidation, 'pain point' approaches, clickbait. Ethical presentation matching the psychology profession is important.

Experience with expert blogs, preferably with psychologists or helping practitioners. Knowledge of the psychological niche or sincere interest in understanding it. Good taste in editing: calm, deep aesthetics without fuss.

Remote, flexible schedule, monthly payment: 20,000 RUB in the first month, more as the blog grows. Probation period: 1 month. Test task: edit 1 Reels from provided materials.
