SMM-specialist for flower atelier and creative space «Не спеша» in Moscow. Grow Instagram and Telegram from scratch: content, video, promotion, collaborations. Part-time, flexible schedule, from 35k RUB per month plus bonuses.

We create flower arrangements for restaurants, cafes, hotels, salons and offices on a subscription basis, conduct master classes in floristry, ceramics and painting, and rent out a hall for chamber events. Our aesthetic is live flowers, manual work, natural materials, Japanese silence and the beauty of imperfection. Without haste and without gloss. We are looking for a person who will grow Instagram and Telegram from scratch. Tasks: - Manage Instagram and Telegram: content plan, posts, stories, Reels; - Shoot and edit short videos; - Write texts in a calm, warm brand tone; - Promote master classes and hall rental, collect registrations; - Work with tagged posts, collaborations with venues and local bloggers; - Set up targeted ads (by agreement).

Experience in managing accounts of at least 1 year (portfolio required); ability to shoot and edit on phone (CapCut, VN or similar); taste and style awareness; plus if you love floristry, ceramics, interiors; independence: propose an idea, shoot, publish, measure results. Nice to have: - Experience with local businesses, cafes, studios, showrooms; - Experience with targeted ads or working with bloggers; - Ability to come to shoots.
