SMM Specialist position at "Predgorya Belukhi". Responsibilities include building content systems, creating engaging content for Reels and posts, managing content production, and analyzing results. Remote work with flexible hours. Salary: 50,000 - 80,000 RUB.

Responsibilities: • Build a content system that fosters trust, increases reach, and generates sales. • Be the voice of the brand, creating scripts for Reels, and texts for posts and carousels that grab attention from the first word. • Build a content funnel: Reels → Stories → post → target action. • Manage the full content creation cycle: from concept to final approval, working with production and overseeing every step (setting briefs for shooting and editing, monitoring execution, making edits, accepting final material). • Control visuals and ensure content aligns with the brand's style. • Adhere to the brand's tone of voice and messaging. • Analyze results, form hypotheses, and implement improvements. • Utilize AI to work more efficiently.

Requirements: • Over 2 years of experience in SMM and marketing. • Understanding of content marketing principles and the customer journey to drive sales. • Proficient in working with Reels and short videos (cases with reach over 100,000+ will be an advantage). • Knowledge of social media algorithms and how to leverage them. • Ability to deeply understand a product and communicate its value to the audience. • Strong visual sense and understanding of brand tone of voice. • Ability to build a content strategy from scratch.
