Bamboo Bridge Academy is looking for a remote SMM Specialist / Content Creator with 2+ years of experience. Responsibilities include social media management, content planning, production, and analytics. Salary: 80,000 – 120,000 ₽.

Responsibilities: - Managing and developing product social media (VK, Telegram, YouTube, Instagram*, etc.). - Full cycle of content plan development and implementation in various sections and formats: short videos, posts, stories, horizontal YouTube videos. - Working with production: providing input to the producer, formulating requirements for video formats (length, style, hook), checking final material before publication. - Analytics: weekly analysis of metrics, testing hypotheses for their improvement, trend watching, searching for new formats. It is important to be responsible for further conversion into leads and test hypotheses to increase this indicator. - Audience engagement: warming up through stories and posts for purchase, maintaining engagement, conducting interactive sessions. *Meta is recognized as an extremist organization in the Russian Federation.

Experience of 2+ years with proven channel growth cases. Ability to work with analytics, metrics (ER, reach, conversion to lead) and results-oriented. Independent editing in CapCut/other applications, as well as the ability to write strong headlines and CTAs. Will be a big plus: Experience in educational projects, basic/intermediate knowledge of Chinese.
