SMM Specialist / Content Assistant

Long-term SMM specialist/content assistant for a personal brand blog for women 45+/50+. Responsible for Instagram and Telegram design, visual style, Reels, stories, content plan, and regular posting.

Personal brand blog for women 45+/50+ about new life, femininity, relationships, love, travel, self-realization, and inner freedom. The author is the face and author of the blog: films videos, records voice, tells stories, and creates meaningful content. The specialist should not just publish ready posts but feel the visuals, suggest ideas, and help build a recognizable personal brand and women's community. Responsibilities: - design and package the Instagram profile; - develop a consistent recognizable visual style; - design current Stories and templates; - edit Reels and short videos from the author's materials; - add music, subtitles, text, transitions, covers; - design Stories and posts; - help manage the Telegram channel and adapt content; - help with the content plan and rubrics; - suggest ideas for blog and personal brand development; - provide technical assistance and control publication regularity.

Required: - creative, responsible, literate specialist; - sense of visuals and ability to suggest ideas; - confident work with Reels, Canva, CapCut and similar programs; - sense of taste, initiative, responsibility. Nice to have: - experience with personal brands; - understanding of the audience of women 45–55+; - modern, aesthetic visuals without excessive youthfulness. In your application, please write: 1.
