SMM Specialist at Plantic, a garden tools manufacturer in Moscow. Salary 70,000–100,000 RUB/month. Manage social media content, video production and influencer collaborations.

Plantic has been producing garden tools for over 25 years — until 2022 as part of a large international Finnish company, and now as an independent Russian manufacturer, fully complying with high quality standards. Responsibilities: • Develop a unified content plan adapted for Telegram, VKontakte, Yandex Zen, Odnoklassniki, MAX • Ensure cross-posting and regular publication of content • Manage social media: answer comments, maintain communication with the audience • Find trends in social media, track current formats and implement/adapt them into the content strategy • Come up with creative ideas and non-standard formats to make the garden tool topic look interesting and engaging • Write scripts for videos, series and short clips • Independently prepare videos and other content based on the content plan and ideas, involving a videographer, designers, and using AI when necessary • Select locations for shooting, prepare briefs, assign tasks to the team on site, direct shoots with employees or actors • Work with bloggers and influencers — selection, interaction, script approval, ad labeling

• Experience as an SMM specialist from 2 years, including 1 year of experience in DIY, gardening, home goods, hobby, creativity niches, running Telegram, VK, Zen, OK and other social networks end-to-end • Excellent command of mobile shooting and editing (e.g. CapCut, VN, captions). Ability to build light, framing and rhythm so that the product looks premium and makes people want to buy it • High visual awareness and sense of visual aesthetics • Experience creating competent, structured and lively texts • Proficiency in graphic editors / using AI capabilities to create quality visual content • Understanding of the pains and needs of our target audience (from a beginner with a garden bed to the owner of a well-kept plot) • Proactivity, ability to work in multitasking mode • Good analytical skills, understanding of metrics and their importance for various business tasks • Portfolio required Nice to have: • Ability to create content in real conditions (garden, plot, etc.) • Ability to label advertising or willingness to quickly figure it out and handle it within the scope of responsibility

• We conclude a contract with an individual entrepreneur (IP) or a self-employed person • Preferably located in Moscow or the Moscow region with the ability to come to the office for an in-person discussion once a week or once every 2 weeks • Payment from 70,000 to 100,000 RUB per month depending on experience and compliance with our expectations
