Seeking an SMM Specialist / AI-first Content Specialist for a beauty/lifestyle project. Responsibilities include content creation, social media posting, blogger outreach, and AI tool utilization. Remote, part-time with real responsibility. Salary up to 40k.

Responsibilities: - Manage the content block of the project - Prepare and release content for social networks - Create 3 posts per week - Create 3 Reels per week - Create 14 stories per week - Search for bloggers for placements - Communicate with bloggers for barter and paid integrations - Assist in finding effective formats for reach, engagement, and growth - Package content to look modern, strong, and visually competitive.

Critical Requirements: - High level of self-control - Ability to work without constant supervision - Ability to independently bring tasks to completion - Understanding of modern visual trends, identity, and content presentation - Ability to create strong visuals even without extensive production at the start - Mandatory requirement: Ability to work with neural networks and modern AI tools - Ability to quickly generate: photo visuals, simple animations, video from photos, text content drafts We need a person who: - Understands what strong visual SMM looks like today - Can work within a modern AI framework, not "old-fashioned" - Can model and assemble visuals independently in the initial stages if necessary - Can work in conjunction with a designer but is not fully dependent on them - Knows how to find bloggers, negotiate with them, and maintain communication.

Format: - Remote - Part-time, but with real responsibility for results, not just formal "for 3 hours" - Important to be available and not disappear
