SMM Specialist at ONEPLACE agency. Responsibilities include creating social media content, developing SMM strategy, running ads, and analyzing performance. Salary: 80,000 RUB + KPI + % of sales.

Create strong social media content that strengthens the brand, attracts target leads, and leads to new building sales. • Study the real estate market to stay updated on new trends • Manage Instagram and Telegram: content, stories, videos, texts • Develop SMM strategy and content plan • Create selling, expert, and entertaining content in line with the chosen concept • Launch advertising, work with bloggers and public pages • Analytics: subscriber growth, engagement, leads • Analyze competitors and implement new tools • Communicate with clients on social media

• Experience in active SMM marketing for at least 1 year • Real estate experience • Fluent Russian language • Skills in working with graphics, video, analytics, and auto-posting • Ability to work with AI • Portfolio and recommendations
