The school is actively strengthening its social media and now wants to scale Instagram separately: test new ideas, find working growth strategies and improve current processes. What the school offers: - Main Instagram account with an audience and an established Reels workflow - Additional accounts from scratch for testing new strategies - Speakers for filming, an editor and a large base of video material - Working funnels, lead magnets and regular webinars - Analytics on content, reach and conversion What you will do: - propose ideas and hypotheses for Instagram development - come up with scripts and content formats - organize filming and editing work - test new approaches and analyze results - work on growing reach, registrations and sales The exact format of cooperation will be determined together: strengthening an existing system or developing accounts from scratch with a new strategy. The current main format is Reels, but the specialist is not limited to reels only — if you see potential in other formats, accounts or platforms, the team is ready to discuss and test.

- Successful experience working with Instagram / Reels - Understand what makes content gain reach and bring leads - Able to independently invent and test hypotheses - Analyze numbers and take responsibility for results - Ready to dive deep into the product and the audience - Interested in health, body and massage topics Nice to have: experience using neural networks Not suitable if you are just starting to work with Instagram or expect ready-made ideas and detailed briefs for every reel.
