SMM Producer for the 'Sortirovochnaya' project at Moskva Media

Moskva Media seeks an SMM Producer for the 'Sortirovochnaya' project on ecology and sustainable development. Responsibilities include strategy, content, analytics, and team management. Hybrid work, official employment, DMS.

Develop and implement SMM strategy, set KPIs and plan budget; form content plans and manage editorial pool; proofread and edit texts, create catchy headlines; manage VK, Telegram, YouTube, Rutube, VK Video, Dzen and other platforms full cycle from idea and script to distribution and analysis; set tasks for designers, videographers and targetologists, control quality; conduct weekly and monthly analytics; make and defend data-driven decisions, adjust strategy based on results.

Experience in comprehensive management of social media and video platforms from 3 years; interest in ecology, sustainable development and conscious consumption; high level of literacy and strong editorial skills; ability to turn complex news topics into understandable and viral materials; confident work with social media and video platform analytics; systemic thinking and ability to substantiate hypotheses with metrics.
