SMM-менеджер vacancy from ИП Пономарев В.А. Remote work. Responsibilities include strategic planning, content creation, distribution, promotion, and analytics. Requirements include 2+ years of SMM experience, analytical skills, and proficiency in mobile editing and graphic design tools. Salary range: 25,000 – 60,000 ₽.

1. Strategic planning: Development and updating of SMM strategy (positioning, Tone of Voice, visual style). Competitor analysis. Compilation of a monthly content plan for all platforms. 2. Content creation: Writing engaging, informative, and sales-oriented texts. Setting technical specifications for photographers and videographers (shooting collections, campaigns). Independent creation of quick content (editing Reels/Shorts/Clips, designing Stories). Ability to work with AI!!! 3. Distribution and technical part: Adapting content for each social network format (VK, TG, IG). Working with cross-posting services (SMMplanner and similar) for publication automation. Community setup and moderation. 4. Promotion and analytics: Searching and selecting bloggers for seeding and collaborations (barter/commercial). Community interaction: responding to comments, stimulating UGC (user-generated content). Monitoring effectiveness: reach, clicks to marketplaces, subscriber growth.

2+ years of SMM experience (preferably in clothing/retail/fitness niche). Ability to work with analytics and numbers, not just 'pretty pictures'. Proficiency in mobile editing tools and graphic editors. Ability to work quickly! Desire to grow and develop!

Remote work. Payment once a week.
