SMM Manager
Seeking an SMM manager to attract loyal foreigners and strengthen trust in the project among Russian partners. Responsibilities include developing an SMM strategy, managing social media, audience engagement, and analytics. Part-time, remote or hybrid.
SMM Goal: Attract loyal foreigners (leads) and strengthen trust in the project among Russian partners. With this specialist, we will: - Develop an SMM strategy (define target audience, set up platforms, create a unique communication style for the project with the audience) - Manage social media (monthly content plan, writing posts, preparing simple visuals, shooting and editing videos) - Engage with the audience (respond to comments, prepare case studies, create necessary content categories) - Analyze performance (reach, engagement, number of applications, hypotheses for improvement) *In the future, we may bring in a separate person or assign this as an additional task: advertising (setting up and managing ads on platforms, developing an advertising strategy, tracking results). What can be included in KPIs: - Growth of followers from the target segment - Audience engagement (comments, saves, clicks) - Number of applications/leads - Possibly, in the future, the cost per lead
SMM experience, understanding the difference between simply posting and planning for results. Ability to write texts for various formats (post, article, case study, news). Basic knowledge of Canva or Figma, photo editing. Ability to work with neural networks (Midjourney, ChatGPT, video generation) - as a plus. Fluent Russian + preferably knowledge of English. Skill in shooting and editing Reels/Shorts. It would be good to have: Experience with a foreign audience (CIS, Asia, Middle East). Understanding of migration topics, residence permits, relocation. Experience working with bloggers (integrations). Profile: A person interested in travel and trips. Interested in and knows languages. Good sense of humor. Has a goal to earn, but not by any means necessary. Works efficiently, quickly, and meets deadlines, therefore their services cannot be cheap. Calm and confident, able to defend their point of view. Creative and idea-driven, able to think strategically, and does not get stuck on one idea.
