Develop a content strategy to turn channels (TG, IG, Threads) into sources of inbound leads; Define 3-4 content pillars that resonate with the target audience (warm-ups, pain points, case studies); Edit vertical videos from existing materials; Write posts; If necessary and relevant, launch additional channels on Rutube, YouTube, Threads, or VK; Design and set up auto-funnels: create a bot for lead collection, set up a sequence of warming-up messages; Increase audience organically (through Reels, Threads, seeding), without paid advertising; Track the number of transitions to bots, and then via the link; Generate reports: how many leads each channel provided (IG vs TG).

Stable work experience in companies for at least 1 year Experience in creating a lead-generating content strategy Proficient user of editing software Portfolio and resume required Willingness to complete a 10-minute questionnaire with 8 questions
