Remote SMM Manager to create content plans, produce reels, posts, stories, build social media funnels, analyze performance, and generate leads. Requires daily AI tool use and self-driven hypothesis testing.

Develop a content plan for social media based on current project tasks. Create content: reels, post texts, stories. Editing is handled by a reels editor — you can ask for help and assign tasks. Build social media funnels and write technical specifications for them for the tech department. Analyze the effectiveness of content units — reach, engagement, conversions — and independently adjust strategy. Maintain a balance: selling content, engaging content, lifestyle — the audience needs not only to be warmed up but also restored. Propose hypotheses. If metrics are weak — come with three ideas on how to fix it.

The ideal candidate: - Receives a task (e.g., "gain subscribers on a new account") and breaks it down into steps: which audience transfer formats, from which channels, to which lead magnets, and with which tools. Honestly evaluates interim results. If indicators are weak — quickly adjusts strategy and improves results, rather than waiting for step-by-step instructions. - Understands that every post, reel, and story is not content for the sake of it, but a tool with a specific goal: paid lead, reach, engagement. - Uses AI agents daily to generate ideas, texts, scripts, visuals. Distinguishes neural slop from quality output and prefers the latter. Finds new tools and implements them without waiting for prompts. - Genuinely interested in psychology and infobusiness. - Has good visual taste and can quickly master the skill of designing storytelling and carousels in our style.
