SOLIERI is looking for a remote SMM Manager to develop and implement SMM strategy and content system for a new skincare brand. Responsibilities include managing social media, creating content, and analyzing metrics. Salary is negotiable, starting around 60,000 RUB.

SOLIERI is a new skincare brand inspired by the golden hour aesthetic. We create skincare that transforms everyday routines into personal stories of beauty and pleasure. Responsibilities: • Develop SMM strategy and build the brand's content system from scratch • Manage key social networks: Instagram* and Telegram (with possible cross-posting to other platforms) • Be the voice of the brand: write texts, come up with scripts for Reels and carousels • Work with visuals: control style and provide tasks to the designer • Ensure brand tone of voice and messaging consistency • Analyze metrics, form hypotheses, and improve content • Plan content based on the realistic workload of a single specialist

Candidate requirements: • Experience in SMM (beauty industry experience is a plus) • Portfolio with cases: launches from scratch, account growth, or significant reach increase • Proficient in Reels (cases with reach over 100,000+ are a plus) • Understanding of social media algorithms and ability to work with them • Ability to deeply understand the product and communicate its value • Good aesthetic sense and understanding of visual style • Ability to build a content strategy
