SMM Manager

SMM Manager at Yandex, remote, full-time, salary from 70,000 RUB net plus bonuses up to 10,500 RUB. Develop content plans, create creatives, manage contractors, and achieve KPIs.

Develop ToV and content plans, adjust them based on trends. Create creatives for various platforms and write texts independently. Manage contractors on projects, set technical tasks. Achieve key KPIs, monitor metrics, and prepare reports. Interact with product teams.

At least 1 year of SMM experience in a company and/or agency, portfolio with case studies in numbers, experience with informational content. Familiar with ER, CTR, Reach and other metrics, able to prepare reports. Excellent Russian, English at Intermediate level or higher. Team player, able to build trust with clients. Prepare presentations in PowerPoint and have public speaking experience. Nice to have: experience in copywriting or design. Required equipment: computer with Windows 10 or macOS 12+, smartphone or tablet with Android 10 or iOS 15+, stable internet connection of at least 20 Mbps.
