Jet24 is a group of companies in aviation and premium services, including a concierge service, an aircraft sales and charter organization company, and two specialized aviation media outlets. Responsibilities: - Manage Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook accounts (cross-posting adapted to each platform). Full daily account management: stories, posts, carousels, Reels. Work strictly according to the approved content matrix and content plan. - Write texts for Reels (scripts, hooks, key messages), posts, carousels, stories. Work with anonymous cases: no names, no faces, no disclosure of confidential information. Convey key brand values; strictly follow Tone of Voice. - Shoot our top executives in an office in central Moscow, edit. - Create visual content using AI: atmospheric images, visual scenes of the service, video clips and scenes for Reels. Assemble a unified visual style from AI materials (executive avatars have already been shot). - Publish content according to schedule. Reply in DMs and reactions. - Work closely with department heads. Receive and implement edits. Carefully implement strategy without distorting meanings.

Requirements: - English proficiency (at least B2) - Experience as an SMM specialist for at least 3 years - Ability to write precise, concise texts - Ability to shoot on a mobile phone and edit short videos - Understanding of the premium segment specifics - Experience or confident skills with AI visuals and AI video - Ability to work within boundaries, not break the brand to suit oneself - Attention to detail and context - Ability to raise questions in a timely manner if information, resources, or decisions are insufficient for the result
