SMM Manager position at AI startup Reelory.ai. Responsibilities include managing Instagram, creating content, driving traffic, running targeted ads, and analyzing metrics. Requires 1+ year of experience, real case studies, and understanding of founder-led marketing. Part-time, remote.

Responsibilities: - Manage Instagram in a founder-led format (not corporate SMM) - Create content plans, posts, stories, and ideas for Reels - Increase traffic from Instagram to reelory.ai (goal: registrations and subscriptions) - Set up and manage targeted advertising (Meta Ads) - Weekly metric analysis: reach, engagement, CTR, website traffic, registrations - Adjust plan based on metrics

Requirements: - 1+ year of experience as an SMM manager with proven growth in reach and traffic - Real case studies with numbers (before -> after), not just words - Understanding of Reels: trends, hooks, formats, Instagram algorithms - Ability to set up Instagram/Facebook ads (Meta Ads Manager) - Understand the difference between corporate SMM and founder-led marketing - Ability to write in a lively, conversational tone - Responsibility for results in numbers (reach, clicks, registrations), not just the process - Active personal Instagram account - Portfolio required for applications Nice to have: - Experience with tech/SaaS/IT products - Video editing skills (CapCut, InShot) - Experience with Telegram channels

Salary: 35-45K RUB/month (negotiable based on experience and results). Potential for growth upon KPI achievement. Bonus for results: - +5,000 RUB for every 50 registrations on reelory.ai via Instagram - +10,000 RUB for every 10 paid Pro subscriptions Work conditions: - Part-time, remote, approx. 3-4 hours/day - Free Pro access to Reelory (unlimited Reels analysis) - Direct work with the founder - Freedom in decision-making
