SMM Manager

SMM Manager needed to fully manage social media from scratch, create video and design content, and work with AI tools. Salary from 100,000 RUB, office near Koptevo MCC.

Full management of social media (Telegram, VK, Instagram) from scratch: strategy, tone, daily monitoring. Developing post and story designs (covers, carousels, static creatives). Working with AI agents. Creating video content: editing short (Reels, Shorts) and medium videos, including color correction, sound, subtitles, dynamic transitions. Generating content via neural networks: creating video scenes, images, backgrounds, and animations using AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, Pika, Sora, etc.). Developing scripts for reels and videos: finding trending formats, hooks. Self shooting content on phone or camera. Interacting with audience: responding to comments and direct messages, engaging subscribers.

Understanding of viral content creation principles (triggers, attention retention, hooks in the first 2–3 seconds). Ability to create short dynamic videos (up to 60 sec) with subtitles, music, sound effects and scene changes. Copywriting skills: catchy headlines, engaging texts, calls to action. Proficiency in: Photoshop / Figma / Canva — for covers, static and storytelling; After Effects / Premiere Pro / VN / CapCut — for professional video editing. Ability to shoot content on phone (with understanding of lighting, angles, stabilization) or on camera. Skill with neural networks: generating texts, images, and video content. Experience working with bloggers: search, writing technical briefs, checking content before publication.

Market salary from 100,000 RUB (final amount depends on your experience, we will discuss it at the interview). Schedule: 5/2, working hours 09:00–18:00. Location: office within 10 minutes walk from MCC 'Koptevo' — easy to get without traffic jams. Working in a creative team — quick immersion.
