SMM Manager / Project Work

Remote project-based SMM manager position for client projects with piecework payment. Manage content plans, create content, and coordinate with designers.

We are looking for an SMM manager to work with client projects on a piecework basis. It suits a specialist who can independently manage projects, meet deadlines, and create content not just "for activity" but for business tasks. What to do: - Build content plans; - Prepare ideas and topics for publications; - Write and edit texts; - Set tasks for designers or collect simple creatives yourself; - Design and publish content; - Adapt materials for different social networks; - Work with comments and messages when necessary; - Analyze results and propose ideas for content improvement; - Maintain Tone of Voice and visual style of the project.

Work experience in SMM; - Real cases; - Good Russian and literacy; - Understanding of marketing and business tasks; - Ability to independently search for ideas and references; - Meeting deadlines; - Adequate communication and responsibility. Will be a plus: experience with commercial projects: services, production, real estate, e-commerce, B2B.

Project work, remote. No fixed full-time workload. Transfer individual projects or specific tasks. Payment is piecework - the cost is agreed in advance depending on the amount of work. For example: - managing a project for a month; - developing a content plan; - package of publications; - design and publication of content; - separate creatives or texts; - one-off tasks on social media packaging. If we work well together, we are ready to regularly pass on new projects.
