Life Patches is an innovative wellness brand of transdermal patches. We create products focused on gentle support and sustainable results, and are building a brand with a long-term development strategy. We are actively growing in online sales and are now strengthening our offline presence and looking for someone to help us scale in physical locations. We need an active, communicative person who loves direct sales and knows how to negotiate. Responsibilities: - Manage brand social media, primarily Instagram (+ Threads, TikTok, and VK) - Participate in content planning and brand content strategy development - Generate ideas for posts, Reels, stories, and special formats, find and adapt references to brand messages - Develop and create visual content for social media: design of carousels and stories, Reels editing, text and situational formats - Publish content and monitor the relevance of all platforms - Analyze statistics and understand which formats work best - Occasionally assist with communication design: guides, flyers, print and digital materials - Assist with creating creatives for targeted advertising

You are an independent specialist, not an agency - SMM manager experience of 1 year or more - Experience managing brands on social media (wellness/beauty will be an advantage) - Sense of taste, visual awareness, and understanding of current visual trends - Strong creativity and ability to come up with engaging content - Excellent command of programs: Canva, Figma, Cap Cut, Photoshop (will be an advantage) - Understanding of how Instagram and short video formats work - Proficient written communication skills - Responsibility, initiative, and ability to work independently - Understanding of the wellness/beauty industry - Willingness to complete a test assignment
