Marketing agency Norin Agency works with various niches from tourism and real estate to beauty, IT, and digital products. Responsibilities: Fully create content! Develop content strategies Come up with ideas and unique formats for business tasks Implement strategy: write posts, storytelling, create omnichannel content, write scripts for reels Follow trends in social media and adapt them to the niche Attend client shoots 1-2 times a week Edit vertical videos Lead project work, assign tasks to designers, and be responsible for the result Work with analytics, maintain weekly and monthly project reports

Experience in SMM from 2 years Experience in shooting and editing vertical videos Must have cases and portfolio Experience in other agencies from 1 year will be a PLUS AI skills: Chat GPT, Claude, etc. Understanding of principles and algorithms of different social networks High level of visual awareness Initiative and developed soft skills Responsibility and ability to be accountable for results Desire to grow in the agency team and work long-term Important: we are not looking for a copywriter or scriptwriter.
