SMM Manager for Angeline, a Spanish perfume brand. Fully remote position with a salary starting from 120,000 RUB. Responsibilities include developing SMM strategy, content creation, and social media management for international markets.

Angeline is a Spanish perfume brand actively scaling in international markets (EU and US). We are looking for an SMM Manager to develop our SMM strategy and content system from scratch. This includes planning monthly content, creating a publication calendar, and building funnels from Reels to posts to desired actions. You will manage brand social media (Instagram*, TikTok, Threads, YouTube), writing posts, carousels, and scripts for Reels and Stories. You will also be responsible for designing Stories, basic Reels editing, staying updated on trends, adapting them for the brand, and using AI tools to optimize workflow. Weekly analysis of results, hypothesis generation, and implementation of improvements are key.

Experience as an SMM Manager for at least 1 year. Experience in perfumery or beauty is a strong plus. Portfolio showcasing account growth from scratch or significant reach increases (specify accounts managed, period, and results like subscribers, reach, ER, visuals). Ability to create engaging short videos that are watched through, not just technically high-quality. English proficiency sufficient for writing posts. Understanding of short-form content analytics (identifying reasons for dips and making corrections in the first 3 seconds, rhythm, shots, text, sound, structure). Independence, initiative, and accountability for results. Creative thinking to develop formats, sections, and special projects. Teamwork skills, ability to accept and provide feedback. Will be a plus: Experience with international audiences. Skills in working with neural networks (photo and video generation). Not looking for: Head of SMM. Agencies.

Full remote work, work from anywhere. Availability during working hours is important. We value results over hours spent at the monitor. Work in a growing perfume brand during international scaling. Salary from 120,000 RUB (fixed + KPI for meeting metrics). Final level discussed individually.
