SMM Manager for Angeline, an international perfume brand. Develop SMM strategy, manage social media (Instagram, TikTok, Threads, YouTube), create content, analyze results. Remote work. Salary: 120,000 - 180,000 RUB.

Develop SMM strategy and build a brand content system from scratch: planning a month ahead, publication calendar, Reels → Stories → posts → target action funnels. Manage brand social media (Instagram, TikTok, Threads, YouTube): texts for posts and carousels, scripts for Reels and Stories. Design stories and do basic Reels editing. Monitor trends and adapt them to the brand, use AI tools to speed up work. Analyze results weekly, form hypotheses, and implement improvements.

SMM Manager experience of 1+ year, experience in perfumery or beauty is a big plus. Cases with account growth from scratch or significant reach increase: important to show which accounts were managed, over what period, and with what results (followers, reach, ER, visuals). Ability to create short videos that are watched through, not just technically high-quality videos. English sufficient for writing posts. Understanding of short content analytics: know how to find the reason for a drop and what to fix (first 3 seconds, rhythm, shots, text, sound, structure). Independence, initiative, and readiness to be responsible for results. Creative thinking: ability to come up with formats, sections, and special projects. Teamwork: ability to work in a team and accept/give feedback. Will be a plus: Experience with a foreign audience. Ability to work with neural networks (photo and video generation).
