SMM Manager needed for a crypto company with 7+ years of experience in payment services and licensed exchange. Responsibilities include content creation, organic growth strategies, and performance analysis. Full-time, office-based in Moscow.

We are a company with an ecosystem of payment services and a licensed exchange with over 7 years of experience in the market. We are looking for an experienced SMM specialist to help strengthen brand presence, develop organic growth, and test new content approaches. ▪️ What you will do: ▫️ Develop and implement content for social networks; ▫️ Create creative formats, including reels/short-form video, and test content hypotheses; ▫️ Launch and develop organic growth mechanics in social networks; ▫️ Organize and conduct content shoots; ▫️ Adapt and crosspost materials for different platforms; ▫️ Analyze trends, references, and competitor activity; ▫️ Formulate and approve a monthly content plan; ▫️ Prepare regular reports on work results.

▪️ Requirements: ▫️ SMM experience of 3+ years; ▫️ Practical experience in managing and developing multiple platforms simultaneously; ▫️ Understanding of the specifics of Telegram, Instagram, YouTube, and the principles of organic promotion; ▫️ Good eye for trends and the ability to adapt them to brand tasks; ▫️ Basic skills in Figma, Adobe Premiere, and/or CapCut; ▫️ Fluent oral and written communication, attention to detail; ▫️ Interest in the Crypto/Web3 sphere and understanding its specifics; ▫️ Proactivity, independence in work, and readiness to offer new ideas and formats. ▪️ Will be a plus: ▫️ Experience with fintech/crypto/Web3 projects, including exchange services; ▫️ Ability to think not only through content but also through metrics, hypotheses, and performance growth.

▪️ Conditions: ▫️ Full-time work in the office in Moscow, 5/2 schedule, from 10:00 to 18:00; ▫️ Comfortable office and a strong team; ▫️ Salary level is discussed individually at the interview.
