SMM Manager at NESOMNENNO. Remote. Salary: 130,000–180,000 RUB. Manage brand SMM end-to-end, create Reels/Stories and test content formats.

Manage the brand's SMM end-to-end, from ideas and visual language to production, publishing, and testing content. Come up with Reels, Stories, rubrics, special formats, and other content ideas. Shoot and edit Reels/Stories and publish content. Test formats, presentation, the first seconds of videos, and visual techniques. Translate brand ideas into visuals: references, composition, shooting, and editing. We are looking for someone who can look at the product and come up with 20 interesting ways to integrate it into the audience's life, then quickly test which ones actually work.

Middle+ / Senior SMM with strong creative thinking. Good visual awareness in beauty / fashion / lifestyle and other visually strong categories. Strong portfolio, good taste, and a style that fits us.

Format: remote; being in Moscow or Moscow Oblast is a plus. Employment: full-time or dense part-time, with deep immersion in the brand. Salary: 130,000–180,000 RUB.
